Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the 1Klick website, dashboard, AI generation tools, social publishing tools, comments inbox, integrations and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts and security

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, protecting your credentials, and activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or connected social account has been compromised.

2. Managed AI and BYOK

1Klick offers two AI modes. In Managed mode, 1Klick-configured AI providers are used within the limits of your plan. In BYOK mode, supported customer API keys are used for the applicable AI functions and the third-party AI provider may bill you directly. BYOK keys are intended only for the account that supplied them.

3. Plans, limits and billing

Plans may include monthly AI content-run quotas, daily image/video limits, monthly video allowances, workspace limits and other entitlements. Current limits are shown in the product or pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew according to the selected billing arrangement unless cancelled. Taxes may apply. A requested Managed/BYOK change on an active recurring subscription may be scheduled for a future billing cycle so that the service mode and matching subscription price change together.

4. Free trial

Eligible new accounts may receive a limited free trial. Trial eligibility, duration and quotas are enforced by the Service and may be restricted to prevent abuse.

5. Connected platforms

Social publishing, reading comments and posting replies depend on permissions and APIs provided by third-party platforms. You authorize 1Klick to perform only the actions you request through connected accounts. Platform functionality can change, be rate-limited or become unavailable due to third-party policies or outages.

6. Your content and permissions

You retain rights you have in content you upload or provide. You grant 1Klick the limited permission necessary to process, transform, store and transmit that content to provide the Service, including sending content to selected AI or social-platform providers.

7. AI-generated output

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing generated text, images, audio and video before publishing, and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable law, advertising rules, intellectual-property rights and platform policies.

8. Prohibited use

You may not use the Service to violate law or third-party rights, distribute malware, gain unauthorized access, abuse provider APIs, impersonate others deceptively, or publish content that you are not authorized to publish.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users or third parties, address non-payment, comply with law, or respond to material violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and may cancel an eligible subscription through the available account controls.

10. Third-party services

1Klick integrates with third-party AI, payment, hosting and social services. Their terms, privacy policies, pricing, limits and availability are separate from 1Klick and may change independently.

11. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features that depend on third-party APIs may be unavailable when those providers change permissions, rate limits, models or endpoints.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 1Klick is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the Service, third-party platform actions, provider outages, or content you choose to publish.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms when the Service, pricing, integrations or legal requirements change. The updated date above will reflect material revisions.
