Legal and privacy

Your privacy matters to us.

This Privacy Policy explains how 1Klick collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use our AI social publishing website and connect third-party social accounts.

Last updated: August 4, 2026
Summary: 1Klick uses the information necessary to create your account, generate social-media content, connect accounts that you authorise and publish content that you explicitly choose to publish. We do not ask for your social-media passwords and we do not sell your personal information.
01 / Scope

About this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the 1Klick website, web application and related services available through 1klick.in, collectively referred to as the “Service”.

In this Policy, “1Klick”, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to the operator of the Service. “You” refers to a visitor, registered user, creator, business or other person using the Service.

Third-party websites and platforms have their own privacy policies. This Policy does not replace the privacy policy of Pinterest, Meta, LinkedIn, X or any other connected service.

02 / Information

Information we collect

Account information

Your email address, account identifier, authentication information, subscription status and settings.

Connected account information

Account IDs, profile names, usernames, authorised permissions and OAuth access or refresh tokens supplied by a connected platform.

Content you provide

Prompts, captions, hashtags, URLs, brand names, images, media files and instructions that you submit to generate or publish content.

Generated content

Draft posts, captions, hashtags, images, videos, publishing selections and related content generated through the Service.

Usage and technical data

IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, request logs, error reports, usage counts and security information necessary to operate and protect the Service.

Payment information

Subscription and transaction status received from our payment provider. Full payment-card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by 1Klick.

Information received through OAuth

When you connect a social-media account, the relevant platform asks you to approve specific permissions. We receive only the information and permissions covered by that authorisation. We do not receive or store your password for the connected platform.

03 / Use

How we use information

We may use information to:

  • Create, authenticate and maintain your 1Klick account.
  • Generate captions, hashtags, images, videos and other social-media content at your request.
  • Connect authorised social-media accounts through OAuth.
  • Display your boards, pages, profiles or other account destinations that you are authorised to access.
  • Publish content only after you select the platform, content and publishing action.
  • Save drafts, preferences and publishing history.
  • Process subscriptions and manage usage limits.
  • Detect abuse, protect accounts, investigate errors and maintain the security of the Service.
  • Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
  • Meet legal, regulatory and contractual requirements.
04 / Integrations

Connected social-media services

1Klick may allow you to connect supported third-party platforms. Available integrations can change as platform APIs, permissions and policies change.

Pi
Pinterest

Used to identify the authenticated account, read authorised boards and create Pins that you explicitly choose to publish.

Fb
Facebook and Instagram

Used to identify authorised Pages or professional accounts and publish selected content through Meta’s official interfaces.

In
LinkedIn

Used to identify the authenticated member and publish selected professional content where the account and application permissions allow it.

X
X

Used to identify the authorised account and publish selected posts and supported media.

Connecting an account does not give 1Klick permission to publish anything automatically without a user-initiated publishing action. You remain responsible for reviewing the content and confirming each publication.
05 / Pinterest

Pinterest data and publishing

When you connect Pinterest, Pinterest presents an authorisation screen describing the permissions requested by 1Klick. Depending on the features you use, these permissions may allow 1Klick to:

  • Read basic information about your authenticated Pinterest account.
  • Read your authorised Pinterest boards so you can select a destination for a Pin.
  • Create a Pin on a board selected by you.
  • Read information about Pins created or managed through the authorised account where required to show status or publishing results.

1Klick does not request your Pinterest password. Pinterest supplies an OAuth token after you grant permission. We use that token only to perform the actions authorised by you and allowed by Pinterest.

You may disconnect Pinterest from the 1Klick Connections page. You may also remove the application’s access through your Pinterest account settings. Disconnecting prevents future API actions but does not automatically delete Pins that were already published.

Your use of Pinterest remains subject to Pinterest’s own terms, privacy policy and developer rules.

06 / Sharing

How information may be shared

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be disclosed only where necessary for the following purposes:

  • Connected platforms: to send content and instructions that you choose to publish.
  • AI and infrastructure providers: to generate requested content, host the Service, process files, send email, maintain databases and deliver technical functionality.
  • Payment providers: to process subscriptions, payments, refunds and payment verification.
  • Professional advisers: where reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, security or compliance assistance.
  • Legal requirements: where disclosure is required by law, valid legal process or to protect users, the public or the Service.
  • Business changes: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganisation or transfer of the Service, subject to appropriate safeguards.
07 / Retention

How long we retain information

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and comply with legal obligations.

  • Account information may be retained while your account remains active.
  • OAuth tokens may be retained until you disconnect the platform, the token expires, the platform revokes it or the connection is otherwise removed.
  • Drafts and generated content may remain available until you delete them or your account is deleted.
  • Temporary publishing files may be removed after the publishing process or after their temporary availability period expires.
  • Security, payment and publishing logs may be retained where necessary for fraud prevention, accounting, troubleshooting and legal compliance.

Some information may remain temporarily in protected backups until those backups are overwritten in the normal course of operations.

08 / Security

How we protect information

We use administrative, technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. Measures may include HTTPS encryption, encrypted storage of access tokens, access controls, session protections, request validation and restricted server storage.

No online system can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your 1Klick login credentials secure and for promptly contacting us if you suspect unauthorised account activity.

09 / Your choices

Your privacy rights and controls

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request:

  • Access to personal information associated with you.
  • Correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion of your account or personal information.
  • Restriction of or objection to certain processing.
  • A portable copy of information you provided, where applicable.
  • Withdrawal of consent, without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.

Disconnecting social accounts

You may disconnect supported platforms through the Connections section of 1Klick. You may also revoke access from the connected platform’s own application or security settings.

To request account deletion or deletion of associated personal information, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.

Cookies and local storage

The Service may use session cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, prevent abuse and provide essential application functionality. Disabling essential cookies or storage may prevent parts of the Service from working.

10 / Children

Children’s privacy

1Klick is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Certain jurisdictions or connected platforms may impose a higher minimum age.

Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information through the Service without appropriate authorisation.

11 / Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy when our Service, integrations, legal obligations or data practices change. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.

Where required, we may provide additional notice through the Service or by email before a material change takes effect.
